               TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SERVICE

 

  • Grace period: Delays are inevitable, which can sometimes keep customers from meeting their chauffeurs. LS BLACK CAR logistics team works hard to give chauffeurs enough time to be in position prior to reservation pick-up time. For each reservation, customers are granted a window of time to meet their chauffeurs at the requested pick-up time and location before incurring waiting time charges.

  •  

  • Airports Grace period 

  •  Airports pickups: LS BLACK CAR  monitors all commercial airline arrivals to ensure on-time airport pickups.

  •   (30) minute grace period is allowed on all domestic arrivals and  (60) minutes on all international arrivals. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period  based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • Non-airport pickups: For all pickup locations other than airports, a fifteen (15) minute grace period is allowed. Waiting time charges will apply after the grace period and are accrued in based on the vehicle’s hourly rate.

  • Changes and cancellations: We understand changes or cancellations to travel plans can be abrupt or without reason. Be sure to give us adequate notice, and we’ll see you next time. Changes or cancellations for all trip reservations must be submitted to LS BLACK CAR  via e-mail at info@lsblackcars.com, the customer’s online reservation system, when applicable, or by calling us directly at 551-226-9396 for calls outside the U.S. and Canada. Changes/cancellations via e-mail require twenty-four (24) hours advance notice. Changes/cancellations via phone require (2) hour advance notice for local NYC borough, 

  • (4) hours advance notice when traveling in NYC 5 boroughs and twenty-four (24) hours when traveling outside NYC metro area and in our international markets. Customers who fail to provide adequate notice of either trip reservation changes or cancellation, as referenced above, will be billed the full fare, without  tolls . Please be advised that cancellation policy can vary for sprinter van ,buses, minibuses, and event related bookings.

    • No-shows: A reservation is considered a “No Show” if the passenger cannot be located or contacted within  (30) min   for airport pickups (time begins when passenger’s plane arrive at gate ) or (b) thirty (30) minutes at other pickup locations. For all No-Shows, the full trip fare,

    •  To avoid this charge, or if you are having trouble locating your chauffeur, we advise you not to leave the pick-up location on your reservation without first contacting ls black-car

    •   at 551-226-9396

  • Rates: Rates are subject to change without notice. Ls black car  is not responsible for services delayed or not rendered due to weather or other circumstances beyond its control. The rate presented on your reservation confirmation is an initial estimate of the cost of service as reserved and is not intended to represent the actual cost of the trip. Wait time,  extra stops or additional services may change your rate.

    • Hourly billed reservations: Hourly billed reservations are charged at a 2 hour minimum, and are calculated from the  pick up time the   until it returns.

    • Trips by the hour outside the NYC boroughs will be added travel time to Manhattan

    • * Behavior in the Vehicle

    • The following behavioral standards apply to the User when traveling with ls black car 

    • During the entirety of the ride, all guests must follow the regulations which apply to the relevant Road Traffic Act, especially the seat-belt regulations. Any instructions given by the  chauffeur be followed. It is the responsibility of the chauffeur to ensure a safe ride. It is therefore prohibited for guests to open the doors while driving, throw any objects from the vehicle, and/or stick body parts out of or shout from the vehicle. If the User wishes to use any of the devices or facilities in the vehicle, a brief instruction is required from the chauffeur.

    • Smoking is prohibited in the guest part of the vehicle. If the User, or guest, ignores this, they are liable to pay not only the cost for the cleaning of the vehicle but also compensate the loss of business due to the downtime of the vehicle.

    • The consumption of food is discouraged. Alcoholic drinks are only allowed to be consumed in the car with prior consent.

All deposits are NON refundable. Company is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the limousine caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of $100.00 for each carpet  seat burn $500. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Alcohol Consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s)). It is Illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines and this is left to the discretion of the driver. Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the limousine. Balances to be paid to the driver on the run date before the beginning of the run. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
